The Neurology Residency Program is a 3-year program designed to provide extensive training in various neurological subspecialties.

Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY-1) – Foundations of Neurology

  • Core rotations in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and general neurology

  • Introduction to neurological examination, patient assessment, and diagnostic procedures

  • Hands-on training in EEG, EMG, and neuroimaging interpretation

Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY-2) – Advanced Clinical Training

  • Rotations in stroke care, movement disorders, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis

  • Training in neurocritical care, spinal disorders, and autonomic nervous system disorders

  • Participation in multidisciplinary case discussions and research projects

Postgraduate Year 3 (PGY-3) – Subspecialty Exposure & Leadership

  • Specialization in pediatric neurology, neuro-oncology, and neuromuscular diseases

  • Performing advanced neurological procedures under supervision

  • Teaching and mentoring junior residents

  • Preparation for board certification and international fellowships
